Avast For Mac Found Zhelan-gen2 On Windows Partition

Hi,

In the ‘Partition Destination’/’New Partition location’ window you should see the current partition information for the disk you are going to recover to. Place a checkmark or highlight the both the System, Reserved and the Windows 7 partition and click ‘Accept’. 4 Home Edition is a free and complete ICSA certified antivirus software for non-commercial home use. Continues to achieve Virus Bulletin VB100% awards, with an uninterrupted record of wins for over two years, which not all competitors can claim. I initially thought it might be a Windows virus too, even though I found it in the documents folder of my Mac drive. I do have Bootcamp with a Windows Partition but my Norton has scanned it and has never found any offending files. My desktop has a virus on it and someone on here is helping me with it. So I ran the same scanners on my sons laptop (which is this one) and it has been infected also. I'll go ahead and enable the secure connection scanning. But I scanned on both ends, Mac OS and Windows and now it's nowhere to be found so I guess I'm good to go but now there's one issue and it's not related to Win32:Malware-gen.

Could I please be advised of options to resolve the following issues?

- MacBook Pro mid 2012 running HighSierra OS 10.13.3 and Boot Camp partition windows 10

- Avast Mac Antivirus has detected infections on the BootCamp volume

everytime I scan and quarantine or delete the viruses they are detected again repeatedly and a new infection type and name is found.

- Have attempted to run removal programs etc on windows partition and seem to make matters worse, infection cannot be detected using programs on that partition

only from the antivirus on MacOS X side.

Can this virus attack my SSD Mac OS X partition? as seems something is affecting it, runs better when I turn wifi off.

Can the windows partition be repaired? If not how can I safely delete boot camp partition?

How do I ensure my macOS x is secure and not infected also?

List of some infections found: on volume/bootcamp/pagefile.sys

1. sf: ShellCode - AR [Trj]

2. Win32: Bancos - BYP [Trj]

Any advice will be appreciated please, I am very new to using Mac computers and unsure what info is credible through google search
