We are not sure why but we're fairly certain it's a mistake. We recommend you report it as a false positive and add an exception. Avast can also make TagPro appear offline, but it isn't. I've ran blacklist and malware tests against the domain using external tools and we're clean:

Add Exception:
Open Avast - Settings - Exclusions Tab - Select URLs and add:
If that doesn't work work, you may need to also restart some Avast services.
If that doesn't work you may need to disable the Chrome Avast extension and add *104.238.133.186*
to the exclusions.
You may need the latest version of Avast for the above solutions to work!
As a last-ditch effort, you could opt to uninstall Avast. If you decide to go that route, you'll need to uninstall it from Control Panel and from your browser extensions. This of course, would leave you unprotected from real malicious sites. You could try https://www.malwarebytes.org/ as an alternative.
Report False Positive:
Click the 'Report the file as a false positive' button when avast pops up the malware warning.

Remove Item From Threat List

Launch the program interface for your McAfee anti-virus application, such as Antivirus Plas, Internet Security or Total Protection.

Scroll down and click 'Quarantined and Trusted Items.'

Click 'Quarantined Items' to view the list of potential threats found and quarantined by McAfee. If the items have been identified by McAfee as unwanted programs, click 'Quarantined Potentially Unwanted Programs' instead.

Select the file or item for which you want to create an exception.
Click 'Restore.' McAfee removes the item from quarantine and creates an exception so that the item no longers shows up as a threat during scans.
Allow Blocked Websites
